Prefab houses are usually set on a reinforced concrete raft/slab foundation or, depending on the ground, on screw-pile foundations. The foundation type is determined by your plot's soil conditions and the chosen model. We provide technical guidance after a site survey.

Once production is complete, on-site installation of the panel or modular system usually takes from a few days to a few weeks depending on the model. Transport and assembly are carried out turnkey by our own expert team.
