Do I need a permit for a prefab house?
Prefab houses intended for permanent use are subject to zoning regulations just like conventional buildings, and a construction permit from the local municipality is required. Rules differ for agricultural land, gardens and various zoning statuses. We guide you through the process and help with the required drawings and paperwork.
How long do prefab houses last?
A properly built and regularly maintained prefab house has an economic lifespan of 50 years or more. The galvanized steel frame resists corrosion, and quality cladding withstands the elements for many years.
Is it cold in winter and hot in summer? What about insulation?
No. Thanks to the rock wool/EPS insulation used in the walls and roof, the houses stay warm in winter and cool in summer. With double-glazed windows and proper detailing, heating and cooling costs drop significantly. Insulation thickness can be increased on request.
Can I customize the plan and design?
Absolutely. The number of rooms, square meters, facade color, interior materials and layout can be tailored to your needs. You can start from one of our ready models, or we can prepare a fully custom project for you.
How is the foundation prepared?
Prefab houses are usually set on a reinforced concrete raft/slab foundation or, depending on the ground, on screw-pile foundations. The foundation type is determined by your plot's soil conditions and the chosen model. We provide technical guidance after a site survey.
How long does assembly take, and do you do it?
Once production is complete, on-site installation of the panel or modular system usually takes from a few days to a few weeks depending on the model. Transport and assembly are carried out turnkey by our own expert team.
Do you offer installments or payment options?

Do you provide a warranty?
